Which languages can it read?
It reads delivery notes and invoices in English, French, German, Italian and other languages. The app itself is available in more than 20 languages.
Does it read handwritten notes?
Handwritten annotations are not read reliably. Uncertain lines are highlighted so you can check them before confirming.
Does it work without internet, e.g. in the walk-in cooler?
Yes, when installed from kitchen-pantry.com: you can browse stock and save photos offline, and everything syncs when the connection returns. Reading the delivery note itself needs internet.
Which currencies does it support?
You can choose your currency (for example USD, EUR, GBP, CAD or CHF) and whether to include VAT/sales tax in calculations.
How long does one delivery note take?
About a minute for a simple note. Several notes or complex documents take longer.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. The 7-day trial is free and needs no card. Plans then start at CHF 29 per month (about USD 36 / EUR 31); Professional is CHF 79 (about USD 98 / EUR 84). Billing is in Swiss francs; USD and EUR amounts are approximate and depend on the exchange rate.
